The staff was very pleasant and accommodating, even when I accidentally knocked things on the floor. Can't wait to come back again and see what's new. “I recently had a promo for a free cone & was unable to redeem online. I called into the location for assistance. I spoke with a young lady that said they weren't doing cones due to Mothers day weekend. I asked for the manager for further assistance being that I had tried to redeem the promo 2x prior during the week online. Angie, The manager was very accommodating & assisted me with getting the promo redeemed. Both were very helpful & handled the concern well.
Aside from that this was my 2nd time having edible arrangements, the 1st time a different location. I must say that the quality was really good! The dipped strawberries were sweet & fresh!”
“It took a while to find, but I was happy to find cute bags and, other kawaii stuff there. Everything was very reasonably priced, I was having a lot of trouble with my wallet at the checkout the lady at the counter helped me! I told her I had autism and I have a lot of trouble organizing, she smiled and said it was no problem. Unfortunately on my way out, my bag hit the shelf and knocked off a poor little bamboo from the self and I felt so sad, and offered to pay for the broken plant, she declined and went to clean it up. I was so nervous I asked over and over I could at least pay her, but she kept saying no I left feeling so embarrassed and sorry.
I hope one day I can go back to pay her…
but if the lady at the shop ever sees this just know, I loved your store and hope to go china and Japan one day and I wish you the best of luck for your Business!”
“This small artesian mexican store is perfect for local mexican items. They have cantaritos in various sizes, shirts, mexican skirts and rebozos, catrinas, and other various mexican items. Definitely enjoyed shopping there.”

“Very amazing staff thats always willing to help and answer questions. Over all love the store, one of my favorite go to places in store and online. You can find more variety and exclusive items online and can have them shipped to your home or store near you and pick it up. Chicago Ridge Mall location always gives me a call or leaves a voice mail to pick up my items which I like b/c I don't always check my email.”
“A standard variety store in Chinatown. We came looking for very specific items and they were able to help us find everything. One specifically was a checkable bag that was at a reasonable price. Souvenirs were also decent. They had a good sticker selection. They had an interesting snack selection that was pricey but cheaper than some surrounding stores.”
“Visited 12/29/23 on a Friday after lunch and it was quite busy!Number 1 thing I learned is EVEN IF ONLINE TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT THAT DOES NOT MEAN YOU CANT GO! tickets online sell out so fast bc they close out the online form much earlier than when the museum reaches capacity in order to account for visitors that want to buy in person. So once you arrive and even IF THE SIGNS SAY THAT TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT YOU SHOULD STILL WAIT IN LINE TO BUY ONE IN PERSON! We looked the night before and saw that all the times for tickets were open so we didn't end up buying them since we thought there would be plenty to buy in person. A couple in front of us left the line to go home. But when we went to the front, we got tickets easy peasy. A huge relief tbh. Honestly this place is comparable to the Health Science Museum in Houston but every interactive exhibit was on a much bigger scale. Lowkey maybe you won't learn too much if you have acquired your high school diploma and I could tell my younger self would've vibed hard here. My older self thought about my aching lower back more. Nevertheless I enjoyed my stay and could appreciate it for what it was!THERE'S A STAN DONUTS! In case you were wanting to try chicagos donuts this saves you a trip. Get some donuts before museum closing time because they get sold out by then.”

I ordered strawberries and a strawberry cheesecake cup for a friend of mine that is in Comer Children's Hospital and they made sure to call and let me know that they can't go up to the room and to have someone grab it so that it wouldn't get lost! That strawberries and cheesecake cup got delivered on time and was absolutely perfect to brighten her day!!”

For some reason there was an issue when trying to use it, perhaps a glitch in the system? But the associate, George, was so kind, patient, and helpful and did all that he could to ensure that the coupon was honored. Thanks to him, I left with not only my treat but knowing that I'd definitely be back again and recommending this location to others. Thanks George!”
