“The DirecTV in my high-rise building started malfunctioning unexpectedly. It was Saturday at 3 pm. Awful timing. We only had one DVR receiver and needed (well wanted really badly) to be able to record and watch a special show on Sunday the next day …tough to do without your TV working.I thought we were going to be out of luck but I called at 3 pm on a Saturday to Silver IP and spoke to Chris. I joked with him “if you have anything tonight to come switch out the receiver, that would be great … hahaha” … he took it seriously and said “let’s look for a cancellation”, that’s the only way.Would you believe I had wonderful Liz in our condo at like 4:30 to switch out and reconnect our receiver?And let’s talk about Liz … first off, she had great energy on the phone. (Quite honestly I was expecting someone who was grumpy for having to work on a beautiful Saturday afternoon.)She arrived promptly … gave us realistic expectations on a Saturday that we might not be able to reach DirecTV at this time on a Saturday, to completely finish the job… but at least we would have the new equipment in-house.Well Liz worked her magic. Was able to finish everything. And explained a couple of new nuances to our receiver.She was super friendly and pleasant and positive, and highly knowledgable. We loved working with her.And loved our service at Silver IP.A phone call at 3 pm on a Saturday resulted in having everything fixed and a new receiver by 6 pm Saturday.Just wow … and well-done!”

“District manager Matt Frank mislead me and did not give me the 800$ off that he said I qualified for. After realizing the next day I came back and dealt with Osvaldo which explained everything perfectly to me and was able to offer me a plan that gave me the 800 off for 10 dollars more a month which makes sense. District manager Matt Frank was horrible to deal with and almost made me cancel my service with Verizon.”

We first went to the T-Mobile in palos heights off of 127th and had a very crappy experience with a man named “Ali” who said we would walk out with phones that day, who lacked great customer service, didn’t give us a run down of our plan, didn’t explain the promotions and who was very rude. Ali didn’t know what he was doing or talking about .. long story short we raced over to the T-Mobile in Chicago ridge and Xavier helped us out. Now let me tell you we should’ve went to Chicago ridge T-Mobile all along. Xavier was very kind, explained our plan and promotions we were eligible for, he even had us there 30 mins after close bc my boyfriend and I came literally ten minutes before the mall closed. So if you go to this T-Mobile go to XAVIER. Xavier was very knowledgeable, quick and the definition of great customer service!!”
