“I visited the postal office in Olympia fields this morning and every time. I go there I always have a great experience. I was helped this morning by Arlene at the front counter when I walk in and before I could ring the bell. She walk up and greeted me with a warm smile and she was very happy today her warm and professionalism was awesome.
You can tell she love her job and she enjoys serving our community. Because of her excellence. I am giving her a 5 star 🌟 🤩 review for her great customer service and her greeting and professionalism. You never know who people are when they visit our stores in the community. I praise her for her hard work at the united states postal service. Thank you Arlene!! 😊”

“The amazing employee who took care of me today is named Kiki (apologies if spelled wrong!) She did an amazing job! It was my first time setting up a P.O. Box and so naturally, I had a lot of questions so it took quite a while before it everything finally got set up. Kiki was very helpful and I couldn’t thank her enough for being very patient with me, considering I was asking a lot of questions haha. “This Post Office has been ok with me for over 27 years. I must say, I never had any issues with them. I've been visiting this post office 3 to 4 times weekly for over 27 years. I believe If anyone leaves this post office a bad review, its only because the person that's leaving it is having a bad day. From the moment I walked in, she greeted customers with a warm smile and a positive attitude—something you don’t often see in government offices where interactions can sometimes feel rushed or unfriendly.
Christy took the time to make sure all of my documents were filled out correctly and that everything was handled with care. She was patient with me and my baby , professional, and truly went the extra mile to give me peace of mind with such an important mailing.

“Last month I came by to receive my two packages and first off, why are the opening hours so inconvenient? But the lady behind the counter was nice enough and I did end up receiving my packages so it wasn't too bad.”
“I actually drove past two other post offices to come here. It's fifteen minutes from my house, while the other two are less than five. I did this because those offices had extremely low ratings, even if you account for a skewed ratio (generally, unhappy customers rate businesses far more often than happy customers).
I was not disappointed. All I found here was friendliness and efficiency. Darlene was an absolute gem. I honestly did not have the energy to deal with someone grumpy today, and while I don't begrudge anyone having a bad day, I just wanted to see a friendly face, especially since I had an unusual mail request.

“Doesn't say which Post Office. Either it's Monee, IL., or Crete, IL.. Money is a good Post Office, generally, but mail has been getting late, recently. Also, they can't help it, but customers and drivers park in your path or ignore the stop signs, for the pedestrian crossings, so I feel traffic is a hazard. I used to park in a different location, then was told it's only for Postal Employees.”
“I have visited this location several times and received good customer service. Although the store is very small it has always been organized. There is not plenty of parking so you might have to park a few spots away. However, there is handicap accessible parking for those who need it. The limited parking is probably the only thing I don't like about this location.”

Today my wife and I had to renew our passports and we needed assistance. Denishia was extremely patient, professional, and knowledgeable about the passport process. We did take the time to speak to her supervisor and manager to let the know how much we appreciated the services we received at the Matteson, Illinois post office. Thanks again Denishia!”

“I went to this post office and was greeted at the door by a man in a Batman costume. He was nice and gave me a half eaten sandwich. Delicious mustardy. I even found free gum on the underside of the counter! How Nice! I even found 13 cents and a Tootsie Role on the floor! Amazing!!!”

I really appreciated her taking the time to show me what to do and how to do it Great customer service is hard to find these days but I could tell she took a lot of pride and helping the people who came into the Country Club Hills, Illinois post office. Standing Ovation 6 stars.”

“Our postal carrier, Sonja, deserves the very highest marks possible. She is excellent at delivering our mail and has a customer service attitude and focus that is noteworthy. We are impressed by her willingness to go out of her way and to pay attention to details. The only other carrier to even come close is Lola. Both of these ladies exemplify character and impeccable concern for the needs of their customers. It’s not their words but their actions that make them outstanding. The deliveries are on time, and we often get a call to make sure a delivery that is time sensitive was made from the local Postmaster. If I could rate them higher than Google's five stars, I would.”
“I went to Homewood with a 2pm appointment Monday for a Passport, and it was a mess. Rescheduled for the next day at Hazel Crest.These 2 ladies, Andrea was one, I didn’t catch the other, but both were very pleasant, very kind, helpful, and just all around made the whole experience amazing and efficient. I was in, had a pic taken, paid and out in 15 minutes or less.Best customer service I’ve had anywhere in a long time! Thank you !!”

“I have been coming here for the last 10 years that I lived in this area and never had an unpleasant experience. I went in today after looking at the hours and then seeing these bad reviews, so I had to leave this now. I was in there alone, I stood aside because I had to fill in some information that the attendant was so nice to show me for sending certified mail. Mind you there were 30 minutes left til close. And then SIX people walk in, and she kicks in to high gear all the while maintaining her pleasantness. When she sees I was done she lets me come back up and finish my transaction. Her name was LEASES (I hope I spelled her name correctly) and she was so pleasant and so speedy (the lady behind me also complimented her), and a perfect employee to have had instructed me WHILE attending to six other people (which of course always happens right before close). Polite to everyone while I filled my paperwork, and remained polite to me with all my questions. Thank you!”
