“I have been regularly checking in on Volo Classic Cars for years.I have learned to really appreciate the level of expertise, on point details and apparent honesty conveyed in those descriptions , pictures and videos. But this place is so much more than a sales shop! A real family business success story, what a vision. If Walt Disney had a car business this is what I think it would look like!!”

“Over the years we have used Enterprise exclusively as my go to for renting cars. We always feel like we are welcomed customers and the customer experience is usually on par for what is expected. Early on we did have problems with the Crystal Lake location, but management has definitely brought in some top notch employees. The only negative feedback we would give is that on limited occasions, we have had minor issues with the rental car, which is always address on return. Thank you to team Jeremy for filling Eric's shoes as he transitioned out of Branch manager. The Kelch family certainly appreciates the Crystal Lake Enterprise.”

“Excellent customer service, not only that. But Mike the manager really cares and takes care of US Veterans. If you need a ride, they will take care of you.Reasonable and very professional. That review was from 5 years ago. Last week I rented a vehicle. If it wasn't for Christian ,the Antioch Store, manager . That guy was most excellent, professional and most outstanding customer service. Great Employee .Caring, understanding and reasonable. Due to his professionalism I will be a Enterprise customer in the near future, again.”

“I had to rent a car for the week. The guy was very kind and helpful. He explained all the details about the rental and went over the car to inspect it. Also said to call with any questions. Very happy with Enterprise Rebt A Car”
