“I love this store, they have such a large selection I can always find what I am looking for. The process are much cheaper than any of the other stores around. On my last visit it was around 3:30 pm and they only had 3 lines open for check out there were at least 5 or 6 people in each line. You could see the employees walking around and doing busy work. All of the people in the lines were looking at each other like why don't they open another line or two. Then a lot of us started talking about it. After waiting in the line for over 15 minutes right as I was putting my stuff on the belt they finally opened another line. When I looked up there was now around 7 or 8 in each line and they kept having to move so other people could get through the main isle. I can understand if they were under staffed but there were a bunch of employees. They just were not running a check out lane. Two of the employees that we could all see doing busy work were the same ones that opened another lane. This is the first time I have ever experienced this here. I have shopped here for years. If it was my first time I would not be going back. This visit was great. 8/25/2022. No lines quick check out and great prices. Went again on Friday Nov 4. No issues the lines were short and fast. 3/27/23. Fast and easy. A quick visit just to grab a few things. Update 6/25/2023, it was a quick smooth visit. I wish they would add a store in Woodstock. 9/20/23 It was all good this visit. All good again”
“This is a real fine place to go for deli meats, soups, salads, and bread. They also have a very good selection of fruits, vegetables and baked goods.The people who work there are very helpful and kind. Thank you.”
“Some of the things can be affordable but some of the things can be quite pricey but it's still really good either way. My mom is the one that gave me the idea to go because she wanted to go but unfortunately things didn't work out as she passed away before we got to take her to trader Joe's so now I always go whenever I am in the area”
“So, somehow, I never reviewed this Trader Joe's location. That is on me as this is a great Trader Joe's and the staff is just the best.I have been coming here so long, so many staff remember me and will help me find anything if things have been rearranged. There are some things here like their tomato/basil/feta soup that I cannot find anywhere else. The frozen Tarte's (fancy pizza to us regular folks) are a favorite. There are so many other things like the frozen key lime pie (seasonal) to their fried rice and just the best dried apricots I have ever found anywhere.Once again, the real draw is the staff. So many of them have been working here for so long, it says a lot about how they care for their employees.”
“Well, back in the dayz...Aldi use to be across the street from the Cardinal Liquor store. It has since moved further east on Route 14 Virginia Rd. It's located right next to Wings Ect. And before Crystal Point Rd. Though I want to say 5he old location was bigger, maybe not... But, it's still a great store to shop at. Per this pandemic and inflation, my 3 recommendations to save money are Aldi, Ollie's and the Dollar Tree. Since we're on Aldi... 4 good size hamburger patties for $5.00. I walked out of there for about $15.00 with everything I needed to Charcoal burgers for the next 3 days for 2 people, and a couple side. Great deal! Thanks again, for being a wonderful and affordable store. See ya again soon.”
“We ordered a catering order for about 11 people. The food was more than plenty, the taste was incredible and the service the best. The guacamole has pieces of avocado and the flavor is just right. Everyone at IDOT Business Services loved it and would definitely go back.”

“Shree Sai has all the ingredients we need to cook delicious Indian recipes at home. They have tasty frozen options and snacks, and on weekends they sell homemade samosas. They're so good my husband insists on buying some every week. The people who run the place are friendly, too. I'm glad to have this place in Lake Zurich.”

“I'm getting to like the small grocery store. I've switched from Johnsonville brats to their store brats. They are meater and have less fat.It seems everything they make tends to be very good. Would recommend with understanding they don't carry as much as the large stores.”

“This place is staple of the surrounding community in a 2mile radius. It feeds the families and needs of the people that frequent it. I live very close some my say a whisper away in hickory hollow. My neighbors and I frequent pops daily for they're delicious sandwiches and malt liquor. Some may talk trash about this place like its bringing down our out of touch pseudo-rich neighborhood, but I say it exemplifies us! I would also like to add with fall time coming it's the best time of the year with the leaves falling to see my beautiful pops pantry from my home, and also to here the roaring traffic Highway 90. The Jake braking semis are so calming while is sit in revel sipping my coffee and wondering how life can get any better.”

“Butera Market, clean on the inside, the butcher was extremely nice and friendly, was really helpful. We did take our time trying to figure out what new item to cook, and the Butcher was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, I should have asked for his name, so I feel bad just calling him a butcher. Great place, the crown tasted good.”
“The employee/owner(?) seems to just arbitrarily decide when they want to sell meat and when they don’t — there isn’t really a fixed time. This is an inconvenience as this is the nearest halal meat store in this region. Otherwise, it’s a general South Asian grocery store. If you’re not looking for meat, it’s a decent choice.”

“Always enjoy shopping at Jewel in FRG. The store layout is easy to navigate so you can get in and out quickly if only going for an item or two. Prices are reasonable and are often cheaper than the warehouse stores when going for Milk and some produce. If you live in FRG you cannot beat the convenience and support of the community. Oh, and while you are there be sure to get some fried chicken or chicken tenders from the deli area, always fantastic!”
