“I normally only got my oil changed with a competitor. They are closer to my home and it’s a quick ins and out.
Until I needed my oil changed on a Sunday and they were all closed. Take 5 was further away but opened so I checked them out. They greeted me then offered me a water right away.
The entry way is kind of tight and narrow but other than that I felt like they rolled out the red carpet for me.
They didn’t try to add on anything and asked if I needed anything else after the service.
Even washed my windshield!
Since then I’ve returned to receive my royal treatment.”

I’ve been a regular customer of John’s Complete Auto Service for a long time, and I can honestly say they’re one of the best shops I’ve ever worked with. I’m not an occasional walk-in—I’m a high-maintenance customer with multiple vehicles, and they’ve handled everything from mechanical issues, tire blowouts, and electrical problems to getting my A/C back up and running on a 90-degree summer day.

Then they asked me if I wanted the alignment, yup! Not gonna screw up $1100 worth of tires over $130! Total bill… $263! Thanks AutoTech.”
