But here's the best I can recollect what I said is that;
I like the Crystal Lake Post Office more than most.
The folks there make the place work. They're all all very helpful, polite, cheerful most the time. Of course everybody can't be perfect.
The place is nice and bride's got a lot of Windows. You just feel welcome and comfortable and you get in and out as quickly as you can. There's also kiosk to help you out self-help kiosk.
So shout out to the Crystal Lake Post Office. They're doing a great job. Keep it up!”

“We have a very nice post office in McHenry. The staff is efficient and helpful. Sometimes during the holidays, there are long lines, but that is to be expected. If you have a package with prepaid postage, you don't have to wait in line. You can just drop it off on one of the counters or put in the drop box. Best of all, postage rates have remained reasonable, even in these inflationary times.”

She always says hi and greets you with a smile. I come to this location daily and never have I felt uncomfortable stepping into this location as I have in others. “Shout out to Shion (sp?) At FRG post office. This morning she appeared to be a one-man-show and totally handled it like a champ. A very unpleasant patron was in front of me and giving her a hard time. She kept her cool and was professional. Hard to work with the public but she does great!”
