I have fallen off going into HT in any frequency but she makes me want to come back due to the quality customer service.”
“I almost never write reviews but I really wanted to shout out the great customer service I received this past weekend. I don't shop at old navy often but I saw the large 40% off everything sale signs and stopped in. I have two events coming up this month the first being next week and I needed new jeans.
Old navy has a lot of jeans! I had no idea they have so many styles just jeans everywhere and to be honest I kinda got overwhelmed. So I asked an associate who was nearby for help and I really have to shout out Kimberly she was so polite and so knowledgeable about the styles, fit, sizing just everything. She even explained to me about the different inseam and stretch fabric. I got two pairs of flare jeans and some sandals. I was so thrilled with my purchase that I went back to old navy before the sale ended and Kimberly helped me again to find some denim shorts.
Old navy has a lot of denim shorts, she let me know that if my size wasn't available or if i saw a pair online that I wanted she could order it for me from the store and the shipping would be free. That's great to know who doesn't love free shipping!
My overall experience at the orland park store was really, really great, the store was busy both days but everyone was polite and very helpful. 5 stars! Thanks.”
“Rally House at the Orland Square Mall was a fantastic one-stop shop for all of my Chicago souvenirs! The store is huge, and they have a large variety and selection of merchandise for Chicago, all Chicago sports teams, and a ton of Illinois colleges and universities. I gave them 4 stars because it was a little pricey (but I'm okay with that since everything is in one place!) and they had merchandise from every Big Ten school...except for Penn State! Other than that, it's a must-visit store!”
“Because of delayed deliveries elsewhere, I was in a time crunch and needed some nicer clothes quickly for a wedding. I found there to be a good selection of blazers and pants here, even for a bigger guy like me. I am not really a fan of clothes shopping so much but Joe in menswear was great in helping me pick out stuff that fit and looked good together. Overall I got everything I needed at really reasonable prices compared to the other men's stores I had looked in to. I don't need to buy clothes often but this will be my first stop moving forward.”

He literally showed me a range of clothes and even when I did not like the fit on me, he would find another. “I absolutely LOVED the customer service I received at Da Closet. I was buying a Christmas gift for my son, and wasn't sure what to buy. The guy was extremely helpful. He put together several REALLY NICE outfits for me to choose from. They have a lot of nice /trendy pieces. We had to come back after Christmas to do an exchange, and again, we got EXCELLENT customer service. We will definitely shop here again.”

“I love to give credit where credit is due. Snipes put me through a ringer trying to get a refund for some shoes I purchased that were to small. What looked like an unfulfilled circumstance, turned into joy with the help of the awesome store manager Brittney! She was communicating with the back office about my refund, sending emails, and keeping me updated on the process of making sure I got my money back! She even said out of her own mouth that if they take any loner producing my return she will refund me out of her own pocket! Top tier customer support and I can't thank her enough! This is my snipes store of choice in the south suburbs and it's all due to Britt! Thanks boo! ~Amia”

“I really would love to highlight three employees. When I say they gave me top tier customer service, from the moment I came in the door. Shanice greeted me & then asked about my daughters whom she had seen me with at my last visit to the store. I was so surprised & she offered many compliments on how well behaved & sweet they were. I had to ask her name because you don’t get that often, esp in retail! As I walked to the register Raven greeted me & explained how she was going to process my return/exchange & then proceed with my purchase. She also was very knowledgeable about applying for the old navy credit card & the current sale that was happening. Then Shanice came & assisted with that conversation as well, along with a young lady name Sasijah (I hope I spelled it correctly) I just wanted to say you all did a great job choosing them to represent your brand. I hope they stay around & your customers get to receive that same service! I also hope you all see this, thanks so much ladies!!”

From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming and genuinely helpful. What stood out to me most was their product knowledge. They really know their stuff — fabrics, fit, brands, what works best for certain occasions — and they explained everything in a way that made sense without overcomplicating it. You can tell they’ve been doing this for a while and actually care about what they’re recommending.

“I recently went to Kohls to return a microwave oven. Since it was heavy I walked into store and saw an associate named Adrian(spelling?) I asked him to get me a cart as I couldn't carry it by myself. He not only accompanied me to my car but carried the microwave up to second floor where return desk is located. Remarkable young man. Employees like him make you want to shop at your store for everything!”

“The people here were the nicest people out of any Kohl's in the world. I was running into grab shoes quick because my kid left them in a different state and had a tournament up the road. I lost my key fob while shopping and somehow they tracked it down. Phew. Great staff.”
