“I had a great experience!!! I went 5/15/26 and had my mind on olive green full disclosure it was for a wedding the following week (5/22/26). My wife and went there without an appointment and the gentleman there was super helpful, patient, was honest about the short time frame I set for myself. I bought a great suit (brilliant blue) and my entire experience is worth redoing again. I plan to get at least a couple of more suits! You will have to find a place to hem your pants however my it was only $20 at K and G which was were we live. The gentleman also provided some location suggestions as well. I look forward to going there again”
“Everything you need in one place. Check out their western wallets. Great selection of men’s attire. If you can wear it, they have it. Lots of pearl-snaps. Nice & friendly staff. Provided me lots of help in finding my size. Made sure my clothes matched and fit very nicely. I really appreciated that. I felt good about my experience and transaction. Money well spent. I couldn’t believe the positive customer service I had received. Again, check out their western wallets. Had mine almost 10 years and no wear but from an accident. My dad’s is holding up great too. They’ll never wear out.”

“We went into the Orland Square location today to find an outfit for my husband for our daughter’s wedding. We were greeted by Omar, and he treated us with such kindness. He was kind, patient and so, so helpful. I had a bit of a meltdown too, and he brought me a box of tissues and took care of me. The store had an excellent selection for big and tall men and is my husbands new favorite. The store was great, but, Omar was just exceptional and made our visit truly special.”

“I absolutely LOVED the customer service I received at Da Closet. I was buying a Christmas gift for my son, and wasn't sure what to buy. The guy was extremely helpful. He put together several REALLY NICE outfits for me to choose from. They have a lot of nice /trendy pieces. We had to come back after Christmas to do an exchange, and again, we got EXCELLENT customer service. We will definitely shop here again.”

“Danny is amazing! I love cups and ordered a cup that was recently released, they canceled my order online so I called this location to see if they had by in stock. “I almost never write reviews but I really wanted to shout out the great customer service I received this past weekend. I don't shop at old navy often but I saw the large 40% off everything sale signs and stopped in. I have two events coming up this month the first being next week and I needed new jeans.
Old navy has a lot of jeans! I had no idea they have so many styles just jeans everywhere and to be honest I kinda got overwhelmed. So I asked an associate who was nearby for help and I really have to shout out Kimberly she was so polite and so knowledgeable about the styles, fit, sizing just everything. She even explained to me about the different inseam and stretch fabric. I got two pairs of flare jeans and some sandals. I was so thrilled with my purchase that I went back to old navy before the sale ended and Kimberly helped me again to find some denim shorts.
Old navy has a lot of denim shorts, she let me know that if my size wasn't available or if i saw a pair online that I wanted she could order it for me from the store and the shipping would be free. That's great to know who doesn't love free shipping!
My overall experience at the orland park store was really, really great, the store was busy both days but everyone was polite and very helpful. 5 stars! Thanks.”

I’ve been blind box pin collecting again and let me tell you! The employees are just as excited as you are when opening them! Shoutout to Kenzie of course~ (she knows the way of the Pins) 🫡So glad they have a pin exchanged board now. If you get a dup or one you don’t like there is always the Board! “I love to give credit where credit is due. Snipes put me through a ringer trying to get a refund for some shoes I purchased that were to small. What looked like an unfulfilled circumstance, turned into joy with the help of the awesome store manager Brittney! She was communicating with the back office about my refund, sending emails, and keeping me updated on the process of making sure I got my money back! She even said out of her own mouth that if they take any loner producing my return she will refund me out of her own pocket! Top tier customer support and I can't thank her enough! This is my snipes store of choice in the south suburbs and it's all due to Britt! Thanks boo! ~Amia”
