“Emma and Ray were the best example of what employees should be! I had a flat tire emergency. They helped me get it taken care of. Offered assistance. Cared about my situation. Contacted their store manager for help. Everyone there is awesome. My angels during a very stressful situation. Love these people. Will always be grateful. And will only come here if I ever need good food, gas or anything else. Thank you! Please do something at the corporate level for their professional and kind customer service above and beyond! Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
