The store was arranged well in terms of produce, with fruit produce even nicely displayed outside. They had a decent selection and variety. They had a sizable parking lot as well, which was convenient.”

    “Jewel-Osco on Grand Ave in Franklin Park. This was my first time using DriveUp & Go at Jewel-Osco, and Edward made the experience so easy. He had so much patience while I was looking for my pickup code, and I truly appreciated that. He even gave me options for where to place my groceries — rear seat or trunk — which was very thoughtful. Edward had a smile on his face the whole time and was polite, friendly, and professional. Great customer service goes a long way, and he definitely delivered it today.”

    “This store was small but charming. The staff appeared attentive. It looked like they usually had good produce and food options. I got some gloves there for cleaning that turned out to be useful. There was at least one staff member with a friendly smile. It looked like they had reasonable prices. It looked like they had a convenient location as well.”

    “Great overall experience. Had a 0530 check-in time, showed up at 0430. Downloaded the app and was able to get a door right away. Unloaded in about an 1.5 hrs. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is just a lack of information given by security. Heres the run down: Download the Albertsons check-in app or scan their QR code. They wont let you on the property until the first security guard verifies you've been texted a check-in QR code. Go to the stop sign and hang a right and follow it all the way down to a second security guard at the staging area. Show that gaurd your QR and they will assign you a door. No recieving office, just put folder given to you in the trailer. When your done, pay capstone, wait for the green light and your paperwork is in the trailer.”

On May 29, the retailer said its 30-minute-or-less delivery had reached 33 U.S. markets, adding a wave of new cities across the Northeast.
