A domestic package should not sit at the label created status for 4 days straight. Gets very frustrating as a paying customer. This is why everyone praises ups as a carrier.

don't go on a Saturday. took 5 minutes and a line of 5 people to attend to me and she was rude and looked at me like I was the one inconveniencing her. hate it.
