He always suggest ways to ship for less and always has a smile on his face. I asked about holiday stamps and he went out of his way to find some for me. Overall, a very pleasant experience every time I go to drop a package or letter to be mailed.”

“This is truly the USPS I’ve ever been to. I had trouble getting my fingerprints but both ladies there had so much patience with me and really tried everything what they can do to help me out for literally an hour and a half. And I eventually was able to get record from FBI within the day, thanks to the two best employees in this location. I can’t say enough how thankful I am for their persistence and service-mindedness. “By far, this is the most helpful, friendly, and well organized post office I have ever lived near. They routinely go out of their way to help you mail a package (even when you don't have the right tape or box), choose the correct shipping class and even will run out to the truck to retrieve your mother in law's Easter package because Yours Truly forgot to put her room # on the address. It is a jewel of a post office and I hope it stays open for a long long time.”

“I used the Northlake post office for passport servicesWe were able to get an appt but failed to bring a picture that would work They helped on the spot and told us go back to Walgreens and get a refund ! I didn't think they would but Walgreens did!Great advice! “This was my first time here and yes it was very busy time and I was getting very frustrated that there was only one person working at the counter so I decided to use the self check out. With my luck my receipt printed but my postage did not. Back to the line I went, the kind gentleman let me back into where I was previously and the staff was very polite and helpful to address my concerns quickly. Despite tensions being high and grumpy patrons they were able to make everything correct within a short amount of time. Cindy, Kenneth & the African American lady with the braces and bangs (didn’t catch her name) where absolutely nothing short of superb.”

He was very courteous and professional. He took down the tracking number and informed he would look for it, while I’m still waiting on the phone (I’m calling from San Diego). After a brief period of being on hold. He told me, he had the package in his hands!! E.J. informed me, this would be sent on its way. My customer received the package ? shortly thereafter after.
