“I started going to FTF in April of this year. I was looking for a personal trainer and a gym I could feel comfortable in. I knew I needed to start lifting weights but was so intimidated by it. Michael and all of the staff and members of the gym are so welcoming . Everyone is so supportive and always willing to help, a great gym family. I am thrilled with how my body is changing and could not have done it without the knowledge and support of a personal trainer. One of the best decisions I have ever made!”

“Love this place!! My daughter and I just started training with Julie Herbert!! She is such a great person/trainer. We have a blast every time we get our butts kicked by her! I am the person who can never stick with ANY type of workout regimen and as a matter of fact, I most recently had a gym membership that I paid for for an ENTIRE year and didn't go to the gym a single time. For the first time in my life I am going to stick with this, thanks to Julie for making my daughter and I feel comfortable and welcome into the gym!!”

“CFME is an amazing gym! Not only are ALL of the coaches awesome, knowledgeable and care about your fitness, but the members are amazing as well. It’s a true gym family, that can’t be beat! I also often have to bring my son in with me and everyone is always interacting with him and including him in some way, which we are both grateful for! I’ve been to some other CrossFit gyms and by far this one is always has well kept equipment and the place is always organized and clean! I cannot say enough about how great this gym is and encourage anyone considering CrossFit to come checkout CFME first; you won’t be disappointed!!”
