They are respectful and use simple, non-threatening 'hardware language' when explaining options. They usually are able to answer your questions, and if they are stumped they use other team members as a resource. I have had many positive experiences with the employees who have assisted me in the paint department. Also, if I need something slightly out of the ordinary I have been able to source it at Geneva Ace. Great store, great people.”
