“We ordered 2 lights for the outside of our home. We wanted them delivered. Prior to delivery, Donovan- the new dept manager of pick up order- reached out and told us the display was going to be sent and that the screws were of different color and sent a picture- it was nice to know that we were told this before being sent. The item is going to be discontinued so it was all that was left. We just appreciated the customer service and honesty. Thank you, Donovan!”

I explained the difficulties of bringing it to my home (especially on a Sunday) and Lori was able to help me figure out the logistics.
