He was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. On the Fourth of July, our evening plans were interrupted by a storm, and Kevin went above and beyond to help make the rest of the night enjoyable for our family. His kindness and outstanding customer service made us feel right at home. Employees like Kevin truly make a difference. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. “The wife and I stayed in the deluxe suite. Very spacious and clean. Separate living area and bedroom. I’ve been wanting to stay here for awhile and finally got the chance to do it. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. It was very quiet during our stay. A coffee shop next to the hotel that was only a 2 minute walk. You have to call if you want ice. No self service machine but that’s ok. The gentleman that brought the ice to our room was very nice. Our view was facing south of 59 and it was a very nice view. Overall, 5 out of 5 I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it.”

“When our travel plans shifted due to weather( forecasted rain that impacted our original route); I found the Hampton Inn &Suites Chicago/Aurora. I would say that this hotel is situated with easy access and is a good stop over prior to traveling in and around Chicago. I would also state that the hotel is in an area that felt safe, but you do have to drive to access more available food options and recreation facilities within the area. I was disappointed that the pool did not open until 9:00am. as this time is later for opening than other Hampton Inn & Suites locations that I have stayed at; however I did find that the equipment in the fitness center was in good condition and provided a good workout. I will also state that more needs to be done to accommodate, when possible, early check-in, and that I did not feel that the employees that I encountered during my stay were particularly friendly. While the hotel room was clean and comfortable, I felt that more could have been done to create a genuine five star experience during the stay.”

“Kenny the supervisor at the front desk has gone above and beyond with me helping me out with reservations. There was even a morning where I had to be to work at 9 AM and it was about. It was after 8 o’clock already and I needed to be on my way to work, but he helped me so fast reserving my room because I needed to be out the door asap. This is probably the best red roof I’ve ever stayed at would highly recommend staff is amazing.”

“Recently stayed at the Q Center for a 5-day company event, and overall it was a great experience. The property has a lot to offer—especially the bike trails, which are definitely worth checking out. The center even provides bikes, making it easy to explore the grounds. The food was consistently good, and the service and cleanliness were truly top-notch throughout my stay. My only minor drawback was the room size—it felt a bit small. However, this was outweighed by the overall quality of the experience. I’d definitely recommend it for corporate events.”

“I had an issue with my room getting there (I was checking in early and the room wasnt ready so i had to switch, just a miscommunication, nobody's fault) they were very prompt and helpful. The pool was nice and clean, the athletic area was well kept, the room itself was very clean. You can tell they take pride in their overall quality.”

“I had a mostly pleasant stay, although something happened during the night that I am having considerable difficulty explaining. At approximately 2:17 a.m., I woke up because I heard what sounded like someone quietly whispering the word “checkout” from the bathroom. I assumed another guest was talking in the hallway, but when I got up, the bathroom light was on even though I was fairly certain I had turned it off. I went back to bed. About ten minutes later, the desk chair was facing the bed. I distinctly remembered leaving it pushed underneath the desk. At this point I decided I was tired, probably imagining things, and absolutely was not going to investigate further because I have seen enough horror movies to understand that investigating unexplained hotel noises is how people make very poor decisions. The final incident occurred shortly before 3:00 a.m. when the television turned on by itself and displayed the hotel information channel. Nothing else happened afterward. The room itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, and the employees I interacted with were friendly. So, paranormal activity notwithstanding, the actual hotel experience was perfectly acceptable.”

“Had a one night stay. This place was really reasonably priced. The building/facility is showing a little age but, the staff was attentive, the rooms were clean and ideal. We only needed to travel a few miles to get to our intended destination. No continental breakfast but, they have a great pantry that has all sorts of things you might want. This would be a great place for an extended stay. Full fridge and a double burner hotplate/grill stove top and dishwasher along with the items a kitchen might need. We were very happy. Thanks!”

“My room was in the newer brick building with interior doorways The room was nicely furnished and very clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The exercise room was very nice. My only complaint about the room is the desk chair which was very worn and should be replaced. Also, the pool is permanently closed and looks like it has been closed for a while.The breakfast was adequate for a motel in this price range. The location was a challenge as the motel is not at a traffic light, and it's difficult to get onto the busy main road if you are heading west into downtown St. Charles. Overall, it was a good value for the price, and I would stay here again the next time I am in St. Charles visiting family..”

“I visited with a friend African American woman not as friendly I was sold a room with broken toilet and TV did not work I had to contact better business bureau I was just there and the ac was wonderful room was cozy the toilet was in good condition good customer service a paid for early check in I like that my food was threw. Out the girl did not know they were apologetic tho always refer friends to this one”
