“Tara & John Y were absolutely incredible with helping me problem solve! Self checkout was not working for me and they quickly jumped in to identify the issue and help me checkout at the main register. It definitely took some brain power because I had 3 accounts attached to my number but I did not feel rushed and they actually spent the time and effort to find a resolution to apply all my offers/coupons. Great customer service by these two individuals!!”

“whats with the negative reviews?!? I love this store. and the staff! the pharmacy & techs have been so caring and helpful with me and ive been going for 3 years. I'm going to add that many of these reviews are petty and scream lack of common sense. Use your eyeballs. Be nice to workers. CVS owns Cigna and you end up paying more for the same medication - its corrupt. At least at Walgreens, you get the care of trying to find the lowest price even with insurance. If you arent met with exceptional care, review your own behavior. Any negative review you see is about petty nonsense and privilege. This store is awesome and I'm genuinely annoyed people are saying otherwise.”
“My cardiologist told me I needed to start wearing compression stockings. I did an online search and found Oswald’s in Geneva. Terri was terrific - she answered all my questions, took measurements and suggested several pairs. I liked them all, and a couple hours later went back for another color. So glad I found this place! No doubt I’ll be back for another pair soon…”
