“I have the pleasure of writing this review on Matt Anseger, pharmacist at Osco on Prairie in St Charles (if i am hacking the name i apologize im trying to read your name tag in the video). I write great reviews for those who go above and beyond and who are deserving of this accolade. Matt, you are a consumate professional and deserve the title of professional with heart. My wife came in 4/26/26 in the afternoon to pick up my medications after I spent 5 days in the hospital for open heart surgery. She is exhausted as I am after going through this with me. You allowed her to video record your personal Instructions so she had them right..What a great descriptive personal video it was. You left my wife stress free and guess what? We switched pharmacies for this visit from the awful Walgreens on Peck Rd. We are now customers for life. Matt, again thank you from the bottom of my heart, this is an experience I will never forget. Please Osco see to it that he is rewarded for this. This is an example of what we are lacking in society everywhere. Matt Andseger ladies and gentlemen 🙏the definition of excellence!”
“I love Costco. Is my place to go for shopping and also online no doubt. I'm giving 4*s because I was waiting for my food order and I saw how the server put the receipt by the plate but then she decided to put it on top of the pizza?. I don't spect the server to be perfect cause they are busy but man this was another level. I'm pretty sure she would not eat that pizza.”
“No lines, customer service down to an art. Vaccines are available, quick and easy. Notifications are timely and staff is communicative. 100% satisfaction.
Adding on our most recent experience taking children for the nasal flu mist, amazing. The pharmacist who helped us was SO patient and kind and our kids did amazing there with the interaction while trying something new. Sometime I’ll have to try the scheduling ahead feature just to see how that is.”
“This Meijer is very clean, the staff has always been very helpful and friendly. I’ve never had any issues with items being out of stock. The produce is decent most of the time, but I feel like that’s everywhere and depends on the day of the week if it’s picked over. They’re very kid friendly and offer stickers at check out when shopping with littles.”

“I won't lie I normally despise Walmart. This location has been such a breath of fresh air. Every single associate I came in contact with today has been respectful, helpful, friendly, and happy! Joanne in bakery, you are truly a saint! You've been with Walmart for 5 years and I can say your amazing service, above and beyond is 100% why I am writing this review. “So thankful for the staff and Joe the manager at this store! I left 3 of my credit cards at the photo checkout and realized they were missing almost 5 days later. In retracing my steps, I called the store and after some questioning discovered they did in fact have them in their safe keeping. So grateful for the honest and kind staff that work there.”
