The store associates at the Geneva, IL store are not friendly or helpful. It seems like they only ask if you need help if you appear wealthy. I was so disappointed during my past two visits to the store. Not once during either visit was I greeted or asked if I needed assistance.

So thankful for the great customer service between three ladies working when I visited to place an online order and purchase from the store. Each one of them were extremely friendly and helpful. The stores was very clean and organized!

Have been in this store 4 times in 2 weeks. Re-doing a bedroom. Ready to drop a big chunk of $. Not one time was I greeted nor asked if I needed help or any questions answered. Will be ordering from another store
