We rented a 10 ft truck to move mattresses bought from Costco. The gentleman was friendly. He explained how it works and gave us an estimate of the total cost. It was a good experience. Thank you.

The staff was always talking on the phone and asked me to be quiet when I walked into the door. Then he cut me off to answer a phone without saying anything. Kind of rude.
