“I had an issue with my auto hold being turned on ( puppy bumped it) I didn't know how to turn it off as I have never used it. The two workers stayed very calm while I worked on getting the directions to turn it off. Both of them attempted to help. The calmness of the workers made an embarrassing situation somewhat bearable. “Good people working at this facility, but the machinery doesn’t do as good a job of cleaning as I would have liked. When it was $3 a wash for the basic, it wasn’t a big deal. Now it’s $5 and the entire car doesn’t get cleaned….not a good thing.”
“They did a great job and the employees work hard. You can have them touch up at the end if you spot something they missed on your vehicle. Price was reasonable as well. I'd definitely go here again.”

“Recently went through the Superwash here in Genoa to clean up my car. Unfortunately there was a problem with the automatic machine that happened on the car in front of me. I had already paid for my wash but the machine could not reset itself. I found the number on the building for the management company and they in turn notified the owner of the building. I went on a Friday and I received a call back about the malfunction today on Monday. I have to say I am extremely impressed that The owner called me so quickly over an eight dollar car wash. It is obvious that this facility cares a lot about their business and the people it serves. Kudos to the owner. Repeat customer here ?”
