Just recently, I was thrilled to have found Manoj''s shop to repair my lower control arm that snapped from the car's body. As soon as I dropped the car off, he had it on a lift and was inspecting the damaged part with me. He provided a very fair estimate, ordered the part on a Saturday and had the car fixed by Sunday (not even 24 hours after dropping it off). The other car owner’s insurance was paying for the repairs.
Once the car was dropped off they created an estimate quickly.
The repairs were done within a couple of weeks.
Angelo (manager) and Jordan (lead repair consultant) really impressed me with a few things.
I mentioned out loud a few times to the wife how great the car now looked after being in Angelo & Jordan’s care. It shined like it just came off the showroom floor!
The area that was damaged before now looked flawless. You would never have known it had been in an accident.
There were areas around the car before that had paint transfer dings from other car doors over time hitting it and those had been all buffed out like they had never occurred. They didn’t have to do that. It was not from the accident. It was from carelessness on our own part over the years we owned the car. This was a huge big deal that they buffed out these paint transfers.
They detailed and cleaned and organized the inside of the car like we were some royal dignitaries or a Senator. They didn’t just vacuumed the floors. It’s like they did a thorough detail job. Impressive! Charging cords rolled up nicely, belongings stored nearly away.
And to top it all off as a courtesy, ( as if what they had done already wasn’t enough) they dropped the car off at our house in our driveway because we had a hard time getting off work in time to come and pick it up except on some future Saturday. Seriously? They dropped off the car at our house to make it convenient for us. Who gives that kind of service these days??

“Wow! Truly First Class! Of all tow truck companies we’ve seen…this company went above and beyond! Not only did they treat our car with such care and respect, their mannerism & professionalism was top notch! They arrived when they said they would and their prices was reasonable.”
“I recently drove a friend to Ormsby Motors who was purchasing a car for his wife. The deal was basically completed on line including selling price and trade-in value. My friend has multiple medical issues including ambulatory problems. We were graciously greated by Mike who arranged for us to park very close to the office to accommodate my friend. Tom the owner took over the transaction which went incredibly smoothly. In fact my friend had a bank check that was more than the agreed upon price. Here's the kicker Tom suggested we take the car back to Wisconsin without any money down and mail him a new check with the correct amount. UNBELIEVABLE amount of trust and good will on Tom's part. They quickly worked out a mutually agreeable payment schedule. I have never witnessed an automobile transaction like this in my life. Tom and Mike couldn't have been more accommodating to make this deal work. Incidentally, the car was a Buick in excellent condition. I wish all car dealers had the integrity, trust, and honesty of Tom, Mike and Ormsby Motors. I recently spoke to my friend his wife loves the car.”

“John and his guys are great. I was towed to the shop, late on a Sunday evening, due to a wheel bearing that failed while I was on the highway. They confirmed the bad hub / bearing assembly and inspected the other bearing and the rear calipers/rotors. John and I talked about the repair and we talked about the complete repair and what is really the best way to repair the truck as the other bearing is the same age and they both should be replaced. He offered the option of just doing the repair to the bad bearing to make the truck safe and get me back on the road and didn't try to sell me work that wasn't needed. He's honest, trustworthy and has integrity in his work. I have been an auto parts manager at new car dealerships for over 25 years and I have met some not so trusty worthy repair shops in that time. “I have a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica with over 210,000 miles on it. For the past couple years the check engine light kept coming on and after thousands of dollars and constantly taking it to different shops. Nobody could figure out what the issue is. Finally, my vehicle was having issues where it wouldn't go over 30 to 40 mph and I was referred to this location. They analyze the issue and figured it out and finally after dealing with my car and the check engine light going on and off for about two years, they finally fixed and resolve the issue! The prices are very reasonable. They are family owned and operated. Also, another bonus is they do have their own tow truck, so if you encounter an issue, they will work out a price for you! So for your future family owned and operated service I would recommend going to Almanza! I went to all the commercial car places in dealership, so nobody can figure it out, but this place did”
