I got a supposedly free phone which is the Samsung A15. I'm really confused though as to why a payment for this month is coming up. I'm gonna call and try getting everything straightened out. But for the most part the customer service part was great!!”

I walked in almost in tears and walked out with a smile on my face. Brandon is top tier and Verizon is lucky to have him! The knowledge and kindness he showed me were unmatched. 10/10 highly recommend!”
