“Excellent service. I had a nightmare experience at Glen Carbon where the staff basically refused to sell me the phone I wanted and lied about it being out of stock. So I drove to Collinsville, and the guy working there helped me buy the phone, explained everything I needed to know, and I was in and out in just 3 minutes. Thank you, Collinsville T-Mobile!
