I got a supposedly free phone which is the Samsung A15. I'm really confused though as to why a payment for this month is coming up. I'm gonna call and try getting everything straightened out. But for the most part the customer service part was great!!”

“I had the best experience at Verizon in Edwardsville this morning! I had messed my phone up and as soon as I walked in the door Brandon could tell I was panicking and did everything he could to reassure me and fix the issue. I walked in almost in tears and walked out with a smile on my face. Brandon is top tier and Verizon is lucky to have him! The knowledge and kindness he showed me were unmatched. 10/10 highly recommend!”
