“First time here to wash a big carpet. Came in to check it out at first, and to my surprise, a young woman(H) was working here, she was so kind and helpful and very wonderful and explaining everything to me. I will definitely be coming back here.”
“The laundry mat is a little old and the machines are outdated but they work. You pay to wash and the dry is free, and the man who runs it named Omar is an absolute gem. If you're in Granite City, I'd definitely recommend.”

“Had a shirt scheduled for pickup yesterday but it wasn’t ready until today, the manager called me first thing this morning to apologize and let me know that it was ready.
When I arrived, the manager did not charge me for the shirt.
Now this is excellent customer service and why I have been using them for years!
