“We attempted to order a cake from the Sam's Club less than a mile from our house, I was told that I should have ordered it days ago and the woman was very rude. We thought we would give Glen Carbon a try, what a night and day difference. The young man that took our order for the cake was patient and made great suggestions. He went over everything thoroughly and reassured us it would be ready the next day after 2pm. Whoever decorated the cake deserves 5 stare as well, it was perfect. Way to go Sam's in Glen Carbon, your bakery has an amazing team.”
