Even now 4 years later I would emailand ask him for help and he always super responsive and helpful. Excellent sales person!”
“The Manager rectified the situation, and advised that no money is ever needed up front. She was able to refund the money when the floor services were not utilized. My floor needed prep work, that they did not offer. I would use them for another project in the future.”

“Reserved and rented a tiller to make a new garden plot. We always rent from here and haven't run into any issues. Employees are super friendly and helpful! I was talking with one guy about making a new garden bed and he suggested I use mushroom compost. We did and had a great harvest!
Only suggestion is that the website tells customers when equipment reservations begin during peak seasons and when walk in rental end so that people can plan ahead.”
“I have been to many Home Depots and this was the only place that ppl actually asked me if I needed help 5x before I got to where I needed to be. Every other Home Depot the staff avoid Eye contact, stand around talking in groups and act like you're bothering them when you do ask for help. Keep up the Great Work Guys! I will drive the extra 15 miles to you every time.v”
“They got here on time. They're very home. Depot was very, very, very understanding. I was going through some surgeries and had to cancel the installment 3 times but they were very understanding or at least the people that installed for them were very, very understanding and home depot gave me a really good price on the carpet, like I said everything went great. I'd recommend home depot to anybody that wants to take care of their house.”

“We had some issues with an online order recently (wrong items sent etc) and weren't getting much help from the online customer service representatives that we called at first. Both referred us to the store for the order issues. Manager Liz called and took care of both issues very quickly and was patient and personable the entire time. she also provided some tips and recommendations for future purchases. I will definitely try and do all my purchases in store from now on. Customer service was excellent. We appreciated her friendly help during this busy holiday season!”
“James Billeter is the man!!! Custom Appliance Wholesalers out of Lombard IL is the ONLY way to purchase appliances in Chicagoland and Surrounding Suburbs. My construction project was dirty and I had a few delays but Jim had my back and kept my appliances on standby the entire time. Once I was ready my appliances arrived the next business day. I asked them to install the appliances and that’s exactly what they did! Actually installed the appliances. They actually drilled a nice hole for the drain tube for the dishwasher and attached it to the disposal under the sink. They also cut out the vent hole for the microwave. Now the microwave actually vents out of the house!! They worked with my contractor to make sure the gas line was at the correct height for the stove as well. My hats off to the Custom Appliance installers!!! They took their time so everything fit perfectly. My last experience from a big box store installer was nothing like this. Big box stores only plug in. Take it from a real estate broker and real estate investor. I know the difference. Truth is a worked for a developer who builds custom homes a couple years ago and this is where he buys his appliances. Now I know why he buys from them. I won’t go anywhere else moving forward for appliances.”

“Although I don't mind the natural smells hitting your senses as you walk in, the prices could be governed better. I paid twice I did last year for a lawn mower tune up kit. Another issue I have is the lack of floor personnel. I normally don't ask for help as I like to do the work myself and look around to find whatever it is I'm looking for, but if i can't find it, there's also nobody around to point you in the proper direction. Hence why I'm subtracting one star.”
