“The Enterprise car rental process was completely seamless. I arrived at 8 o’clock for a reservation early, which was booked for nine, but since I was the only one there, the woman at the counter was able to process and get me in my car within five minutes. I also had a very nice rental car which was upgraded. The process of returning the car on the weekend was also seamless. There’s no doubt that Enterprise hires the nicest and competent staff that is delightful to customers.”
“We have repeatedly used this particular rental center and have always had the best of customer service. We have been happy with the personalized attention and the vehicles we rent. Never any issues with anything!!!
This last trip coming home we actually had to use roadside assistance for the very first time. What could have been a very stressful situation........wasn't!!! What a very delightful experience dealing with that roadside company......and we were back on the road in no time.
So for us, everyone involved in this latest trip........more than 5 stars!!! We will continue to use Avis in St. Charles, Illinois for any and all of our vehicle rentals.....Period!!!!!!!”

“Originally had a reservation with Budget in Aurora, when I arrived they had no vehicle for me but their Naperville location did - for whatever reason the Budget location in Apple Maps brought me to an Enterprise.
We quickly realized that my reservation was not with Enterprise, but the manager on duty informed me that they had vehicles available. She set me up with a minivan for the same price as I intended to pay for the Camry at Budget.
The customer service and hospitality at Enterprise was a night and day difference compared to Budget. At Budget, the lone employee was unable to even provide an address for the location alleged to have a vehicle.
At this Enterprise location, on top of their excellent and hospitable customer-service skills, they were also able to clearly answer my questions and address my concerns, all with a smile.
Pick up and drop off was simple as can be. No hidden charges, the vehicle was fully functional, 99% clean upon pickup, and 100% satisfactory for our needs. They helped turn a rough morning into a positive experience, I'd be happy to use their services again.”

“Absolutely fantastic experience with this Enterprise location (Schaumburg on Roselle Rd.). I had a car rental for a good month and a half and everyone that I dealt with was very well trained and professional. I would definitely recommend this location and personally use them again.”
“This Enterprise location often works with a nearby body shop I trust (Addison Auto Body). The car I was picked up in was very comparable to my car, and the pick-up was very timely with very little wait time. As we drove safely from the shop to the Enterprise store, the representative explained features that may differ slightly from my car to make sure I was comfortable with the car and fielded any questions. The representative made the paperwork process painless, getting me on the road to my next appointment within 10 minutes of arriving at the shop. The time for my car's repair was unknown, and they made it very easy to contact the manager directly to extend my rental. I had a few questions after driving the car for a couple days, and my calls were always answered with patience, reassurance, and understanding. Being able to leave the car at the shop without worrying about calling in or adjusting drop-off times due to unforeseen traffic took even more stress away from the process. Overall, they made a stressful situation involving my car much less stressful with the rental process. I hope I don't need their services for the same situation again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call. Thank you!”
“Great experience. Staff seemed to have a genuine interest in customer satisfaction. Rented a Chrysler Pacifica S for a roadtrip and it was comfortable/roomy, great on gas mileage and smooth ride in the highway. I’ll definitely continue using Enterprise.”

“Mike was awesome! He was extremely attentive and helpful. An SUV was not available, but he found me a vehicle that suited my needs with all the bells and whistles. He cleaned off the car for me as well, as it was snowing a bit. He contacted me a few days later to check my status and asked if I wanted to switch to a different car. I appreciated that and said I was content with the car I was provided. He also refunded my initial deposit in a timely manner over the phone, which put me at ease! Great customer service getting picked up at the body shop, and it was convenient being able to leave my car at the shop once i picked up my car. Thank you! I'll definitely be back!”

“I dont normally write reviews online let alone for a car rental company but i gotta give credit when credit is due. I've been renting from this location for quite a while now and I'm always satisfied with their service. On my last rental i requested a big SUV with a big cargo trunk for a family trip. I was originally given an Expedition, and i didnt really quite like how small the size of the back cargo is. Eddie came out to check up on me and ask me if theres a problem, when i told him i needed a bigger trunk cargo SUV, he immediately swapped the car with something more spacious. That right here is a great customer service. I will definitely use this place again and recommend it to the people i know.”

Only complaint is to Hertz as a company - give this man some help. It’s ridiculous that they make one man do 100% of everything and then you go to other locations and they have way more staff than they could ever need. Thanks Edgar!”

“Very nice experience, clerk was very kind. Good value especially considering how much rentals at the airport were going to cost us. We got in late and even though we had a reservation with a different company they didn't have any value priced cars available, so they wanted to charge $300 per day for a luxury vehicle we didn't rent in the 1st place. got a nice ride the following morning from this Hertz for about $175 for our entire 4 day trip. And when we returned it, it only cost about $40 for a ride share back to O'hare. Maybe consider this option if the airport rentals are trying to rob you with their insane rates.”

“They were easy to work with and quite fast.
When I need a rental vehicle, they can be counted on to provide one with no hassle and mostly reasonable policies.
I don't love the toll pass pricing. I'd prefer if they charged based on usage rather than rental days. I passed on it for my last rental and took detours rather than pay for 7 days when I'd only actually be using it on 2 of them.”
