“I was just here (Wednesday 12/21/22@about 7pm) and had the most amazing experience. I was putting air in my tires and when I got to the last one, it didn’t seem to be working. It was letting air out of my tire. I couldn’t figure out what was going on, the tires are new! I was panicking, thinking I would have to put my donut on, when in a moment of desperation I went and asked the attendants (a short-haired woman and a really tall man, I’m sorry I didn’t get your names) if they’d seen anything like that. Right away they knew what was wrong. They walked over and checked if my pin was crooked and it was. They offered to try it and see if they could help. One used their cell phone flashlight and the other did the air. Got me back up from 8PSI to 32PSI and made sure to check no air was coming out before letting me drive off! I was so grateful I could have cried. I wanted to hug them. Thank you so much!! Please give them a raise or a gift card or something, they saved me tonight.”
“I came in the store to get passport photos as well as a price adjustment. Long story short, I was charged 75 dollars at another location for test strips that cost 25. They were very accommodating in getting me the refund. I also needed passport photos and they were so patient and helpful with that as well. I wanted to specifcally thank Felicia and Nicole for their amazing customer service. This is definitely one of the better locations in the Chicagoland area!”

“Update March 2026. Robert it the pharmacy is extremely helpful! Bumping to 5 stars to account for his great service.
Was holding for pharmacist to find out the status of a refill I requested on 8/4/22. It’s now 8/9/22. At one point someone answered and didn’t say a word and then put me back on hold. I’ve been holding so long that the hold music ran out. I’ve seen a steady decline in the service at this Walgreens pharmacy over the last year. Attention Walgreens corporate. Invest in enough pharmacy staff at this location. It’s obviously a very busy location. Reward senior staff instead of letting them go.
Quite obvious this could be a great pharmacy again if they could invest in good staff. Think I’ll drive over while I’m still on hold now.
I’m starting to think it’s more a phone/Walgreens app issue. I went in person and suddenly no wait, and both scripts ready. The staff in the store is nice and helpful.”
