“I highly recommend this auto shop. Victor and Tony are great! They take my car in right away when I need to come in at the last minute. They always offer a ride home so I do not have to pay for an Uber. They are good about calling with updates about the car. I had just got new tires 2 weeks ago and the tire pressure light came on again. I brought it back in and after replacing one of the battery sensors, they told me it was a gift as they felt bad for missing that during the previous visit. Great staff!”

“Caliber Collision on Howard Street in Skokie has just made the third repair on one of my cars, FYI: Before becoming a consultant design engineer, I owned and operated an auto body shop in Southern California. When I tell you that ther work is flawless, you are getting it from a very authotative source. THeir communication is equyally outstanding. THey explain thing in simple terms that anone can understand and keep their customer in the loop with frequent text messages advising them on progress. THe coofee and pop cord in their waiting room is also excellent. I and insurance companies trust them and so can you, If some fool hit one of my cars again, yjr only good thing is that I will get to visit my friends at Caliber.”

“I called EXSA Automotive because I noticed a coolant leak on my van, and they scheduled me for an appointment the next day. I dropped off my van in the early afternoon and it was fixed by the early evening. They explained the situation well and I was happy with the quality of their work. I expressed concerns of taking my van across the state on a 6 hour drive, and they cleared it to be safe.

Nomie is well known within the car community and is known as an incredible mechanical engineer. I drove more than 1.5 hours in traffic and it was well worth it. Nomie fixed my problematic transmission driveshaft issue and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. Also repaired an exhaust issue. After he repaired everything, my car drove much smoother and more efficiently and is back to great health. They’re able to order parts and have a quick turn around time as well as have fair pricing. I spoke with Tony and a lady at the front office, and both provided wonderful service from start to finish. My vehicle had several issues, but Tony and his team took care of every single one. I asked if he could hold my vehicle for a day until I returned to town, and he kindly agreed without hesitation. “I had a very positive experience at wilmette auto body. I scratched the passenger side of my car pretty badly right before labor day weekend. I wanted to put the entire ordeal behind me and called around to a few auto body shops near my area but they were either a bit rude or didn't have great reviews.
The moment I called wilmette auto body and spoke with Sabrina, I felt like my unlucky day got a lot better. She was incredibly kind and after sensing my urgency did her best to squeeze me in for an estimate day-of (even though they were very busy). Dean inspected my car very thoroughly and after reassuring me there was no major damage, sent me an estimate 1 hour after I left the shop. I was able to get on their calendar right after the weekend and after 3 days my car was back to looking brand new. I thought for sure I could find where the damage was painted over, but I honestly can't find it (Dean and his team are that good!)

Robert gave me a quote for stripping, repairing, and repainting the affected doors, when George (the owner) returned, he adjusted the quote down for me! When I came back to pick up my car after a very quick turnaround everything was close to 100%, but I had some feedback on the finish quality. George took care of it no questions asked and when I came back again everything looked great. Good guys and hassle free.”
