“Came in due to suspicious activity on my card and it had to be canceled. So I had to get another card. I was helped by Caroline Blumberg who took many steps to helping me understand how this happened, And gave some tips on how to avoid it. Another fun fact she taught me about was how when you go on vacation to actually let the bank know, so they do not stop any payments. She went above and beyond and helping me. And even gave me a cute little piggy bank. I have been with old second since the 90s. Thank you Caroline.”
