“If you know what's good for you, and you're interested in a Honda, go to the Schaumburg dealership and ask for Kevin Hanson. Nice guy, very transparent, informative, and wants to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. Finance guy is also hilarious and made everything easy.

“The Enterprise car rental process was completely seamless. I arrived at 8 o’clock for a reservation early, which was booked for nine, but since I was the only one there, the woman at the counter was able to process and get me in my car within five minutes. I also had a very nice rental car which was upgraded. The process of returning the car on the weekend was also seamless. There’s no doubt that Enterprise hires the nicest and competent staff that is delightful to customers.”

“This Enterprise location often works with a nearby body shop I trust (Addison Auto Body). The car I was picked up in was very comparable to my car, and the pick-up was very timely with very little wait time. As we drove safely from the shop to the Enterprise store, the representative explained features that may differ slightly from my car to make sure I was comfortable with the car and fielded any questions. The representative made the paperwork process painless, getting me on the road to my next appointment within 10 minutes of arriving at the shop. The time for my car's repair was unknown, and they made it very easy to contact the manager directly to extend my rental. I had a few questions after driving the car for a couple days, and my calls were always answered with patience, reassurance, and understanding. Being able to leave the car at the shop without worrying about calling in or adjusting drop-off times due to unforeseen traffic took even more stress away from the process. Overall, they made a stressful situation involving my car much less stressful with the rental process. I hope I don't need their services for the same situation again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call. Thank you!”

“Was very satisfied with the service I received from this enterprise location. My advisor, Liz, was very very kind and patient. She gave me several options of cars to choose from and even let me switch the car when there was a cigarette smell in the initial car. “Mike was awesome! He was extremely attentive and helpful. An SUV was not available, but he found me a vehicle that suited my needs with all the bells and whistles. He cleaned off the car for me as well, as it was snowing a bit. He contacted me a few days later to check my status and asked if I wanted to switch to a different car. I appreciated that and said I was content with the car I was provided. He also refunded my initial deposit in a timely manner over the phone, which put me at ease! Great customer service getting picked up at the body shop, and it was convenient being able to leave my car at the shop once i picked up my car. Thank you! I'll definitely be back!”

“Never had a problem renting a car here. One star deducted because we left a child seat in the back the last time we dropped off the rental. That was our fault, but they had pulled the child seat out of the car and did not bother to call us. It was for our grandkids, so we didn't realize we were missing a car seat until about a week later.”
“We actually went to TS SPECIALISTS which is located in front of Hayes. We will not take our car anywhere else. The mechanics know what they're doing and treat customers with respect. Try them before you go anywhere else.”

“I dont normally write reviews online let alone for a car rental company but i gotta give credit when credit is due. I've been renting from this location for quite a while now and I'm always satisfied with their service. On my last rental i requested a big SUV with a big cargo trunk for a family trip. I was originally given an Expedition, and i didnt really quite like how small the size of the back cargo is. Eddie came out to check up on me and ask me if theres a problem, when i told him i needed a bigger trunk cargo SUV, he immediately swapped the car with something more spacious. That right here is a great customer service. I will definitely use this place again and recommend it to the people i know.”
“Rented a van for a family Thanksgiving in New Jersey. Ketan as usual was extremely professional , we picked up the Van 11/23 and even though it was raining the van was ready and cleaned. We were able to pick between 2 models and were checked in early no issues. This is the best owner operated franchise in the western suburbs.”

“Very nice experience, clerk was very kind. Good value especially considering how much rentals at the airport were going to cost us. We got in late and even though we had a reservation with a different company they didn't have any value priced cars available, so they wanted to charge $300 per day for a luxury vehicle we didn't rent in the 1st place. got a nice ride the following morning from this Hertz for about $175 for our entire 4 day trip. And when we returned it, it only cost about $40 for a ride share back to O'hare. Maybe consider this option if the airport rentals are trying to rob you with their insane rates.”
