“One of the most enjoyable shopping experiences and some of the best customer service I have ever received for a major purchase. The showroom is super nice and generally quiet so you have the time and space to decide from the multiple styles and price points. The quality of all furniture is excellent, much better than expected, especially when you consider how reasonably priced it is. We purchased a complete bedroom set in August 2023 and there was an odd size issue with the mattress. After a phone call and some pictures, the staff was extremely apologetic and resolved it as quickly as possible by replacing the mattress. And the delivery and installation crew were a pleasure to deal with. Overall, this was a five star experience with Dania. We're definitely looking forward to shopping there again and buying more from Dania.”

“Received the bed within a couple days of our order. Took two people to get it upstairs and unwrapped, but was ready to lie on immediately after unrolling. Personally didn't notice any smell, though the mattress was pretty firm for our liking (purchased medium firmness, wife and I are short and <150lbs). We reached out to customer service and they offered to discount one of their toppers, and sent it out same day. Fast forward to adding a 2" soft topper - both of us are sleeping through the night with no awkward pressure points or throwing off the covers because we're sleeping too hot. So far loving the mattress, we'll see how it holds up.”
“The quality of product and quality of service are equal. Both are of the highest caliber, on any scale that you wish to measure them. It's easy to just say that a place is "five-star". It's difficult to say, "this is the ONLY place that I will ever shop for a bed". That goes for myself, as well as my entire family. We've been shopping there for a very long time. Pretty much as soon as they were in business. I've never had a complaint, and I've never heard any complaint from the numerous family members that utilize their service.In addition, you'll know that you're dealing with a very honest, fair, and extremely pleasant individual, anytime you walk in the store. THEY ARE THE BEST. Simple as that. I have over 3 million views on the reviews I've provided for Google maps. It will be hard to find another comment, like the one above, on my personal page.I say all of the above with conviction and confidence.(The pictures provided were taken after picking out my new bed, in West Rogers Park, upon returning to my condo. “Found a listing on Facebook for their furniture store. Was a tad concerned buying without seeing it first. BUT, everything was exactly as described. Delivered the following day. Everything was in it's original box. Fair price. Nice people.”
“Greg was helpful, the process was simple, and the delivery was excellent. Greg did not try to upsell us and guided us to the best choices for our needs. The prices were lower than Wayfair and the fee was reasonable for an incredibly convenient delivery. The inventory on the floor was limited, but futons are pretty straightforward, so it was an easy choice. We were in and out of the store in twenty minutes. Greg then gave us a one-hour delivery window for an appointment three days later (all unheard of in superstore land) and on the day of, called to confirm and was even able to deliver a little early! The whole delivery, from arrival to departure, was only half an hour and was super professional and easy. The installation staff were very kind and courteous, and they efficiently disposed of all the packaging and made sure I knew how to adjust the futon between bed and couch, which I appreciated.
It’s refreshing to work with a small business where you know who you’re working with and they come when they say they will without hassle or middleman. Overall, an easy, efficient, and convenient process - would recommend!”
