“Good stop for your needs. Open 24 hours a day with a good variety of snacks and drinks. Staff is helpful. Chili cheese nachos are awesome along with good slurpees. There is a nice menu to choose from.”

“I had an experience with the store manager, unfortunately I didn’t catch his name, but he and the check out girl went above and beyond to help me. I had a problem and they solved it and I walked out happy, no other Walgreens has ever gone a fraction out of their way to help me. The manager was a male, maybe 30s/40s long hair in a ponytail and had a beard, I wish I had gotten his name because he is an amazing manager. And by amazing I mean he does his job and is a reasonable guy. Walgreens is super lucky to have him as their store manager. This is Walgreens at Glenview rd and greenwood in Glenview, IL.”

“Well the first thing is I went thru their pharmacy drive thru to pick up my medicine which I say was pretty fast compared to other places like this. I've also been inside and they have decent customer service everything is pretty much well organized so I've had no problems.”

“I needed to get a passport photo for my brother who has an intellectual disability. Brenna, one of the associates at Walgreens, was so patient and kind. She truly went above and beyond to help us.”

“Towards the end of August I had a nasty fall on the sidewalk outside this Walgreens - my own fault. The store employees came to my rescue, calling 911. One employee hopped in her car and went to retrieve my husband who was walking to the store (I had our only car with me)! The response from those employees was stunningly helpful. Later the insurance carrier for the store checked in with me to be sure I was OK. No lasting injuries for me but a lasting appreciation for the attention I received that afternoon from those Walgreens employees. (I also took them a box of candy closer to the event).”

“This review is specifically for Linda who works at the Pharmacy. Absolutely wonderful service and someone who actually appears to enjoy her work. From the beginning, she remembered the person who was standing behind me and his wife and asked how she was doing by name and from memory. As I was checking out, she asked me about my insurance and I gave her my info but for whatever reason, it wouldn't take the info. I told her I had to leave and pick up my child and the prescription wasn't that much so not a big deal. But she insisted that she would figure it out. She calls me within 30 minutes to tell me that she figured it out and that they would refund it back to my credit card. Wonderful and I appreciated the effort.”

“There are "good" Walgreens in which the staff members and Pharmacy are very accommodating. Then there are "bad" Walgreens in which they are a train wreck. Consider this one of the GOOD ones. I've been very much assisted and helped by the Pharmacy staff, as a newly relocated person. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They could accommodate people standing in line with more cashiers, however. They are really stingy on helping to reduce the lines. They spend a lot of time with every customer. So they could improve more hiring, with better customer service at checkout. Same goes for the Pharmacy. Waits are too long. It is not unheard of to wait 45 minutes here to be served. But apparently, that is the Walgreens' business model of today. I just left Vancouver, WA and it was the same thing out there.”
