“This is my favorite Dick’s Sporting Goods store. Honestly, from my personal experience, the male employees here have been much nicer and more helpful compared to the female staff. They’re always friendly and go out of their way to assist, which really makes a difference. But today, I just had to leave a review because of JEREMY! I needed info on men Nike and Jordan shoes, and Jeremy patiently answered every question I had (and trust me, I asked a lot). His knowledge and attitude were spot on—truly top-notch customer service. I’ve noticed some employees can get tired of answering questions, but Jeremy was genuinely helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I really hope he gets the recognition he deserves—whether it’s a raise, promotion, or something better. Thank you, Jeremy! You’re a 5-star!”

“I go to Fleet Feet to buy gym shoes. They are very helpful and want to fit you with the correct size shoe and the shoe that is the best fit for you. If they don't have the right size or color you want in the store, they will get it from another store for you. I recommend Fleet Feet for any kind of athletic shoe you are looking for.”
“Came here based Google reviews. My son needed cleats, shin guards and socks. Easy street parking.We went around 12:30pm but it was closed despite the hours saying they were open at noon on Sunday. There were 2 other customers waiting outside and they let us know that someone was on the way to open the store and should be there in 10 minutes. We were relieved so to wait out the time, my son & I went next door and ordered smoothies. When the store opened, we walked in and noticed a great selection of cleats. The sales associate was helpful finding a pair of cleats for my son, but unfortunately they didn’t have his size. We did find shin guards and socks so the trip was worth it. I’ll be back when my son needs more gear.”

“Rainbo is the best place in Chicagoland for all things skating. Their expertise in skates are second to none. I highly recommend you call and make an appointment if you need any maintenance or need to order skates. They are extremely busy because of the high caliber of service, and you may not be able to "drop in"”

“Murphy's service is like service used to be. They know their stuff. The salesman (I forgot his name) asked a couple of questions and came back with a couple of styles. One was very close to what I like, but not perfect. He went in the back of the shop and came back with a couple more to try on. The first one was the one. They don't have a large selection, which I wasn't looking for. All I wanted was a good fit and a shoe for my type of workout. As for price I went to Zappos and the shoes were the same price and I got great service. Thanks”
“Service is really good and the workers are really nice. Most of the jerseys were real and the workers even tell you if the jerseys are real or fake. Also the value of the jerseys are in really good condition and it's a really good price I would recommend buying here. One other thing they did was put the name and number of the players I wanted and put it right away while when I went to another store the price was really high and it took three days to put name and number best place to buy jerseys”

“This is hands down the BEST bowling pro shop in Chicago! Simmons is extremely knowledgeable about the equipment he sells and is an expert in fitment. He works as a 1 man band so have to be patient when you arrive but he will always get the job done!”
“It's really nice how the Cubs have transformed the Wrigley Field area in some parts. This being on3 or them. Lots of Cubs merchandise and memorabilia. Employees were super nice and knowledgeable. I asked about a certain design, and the manager told me when and how long it'd take to get it. They even gave me 15% off by signing up on their website.”

“Amazing experience at this store on July 4th' 2024! My wife and I were visiting Chicago from CA. She went shopping at this Under Armour store in the mall in the evening of July 3rd. That night she realized she had lost Tiffany's white gold bracelet with diamonds that I had gifted her for our 25th anniversary! She could not sleep that night! Next morning we called the store. Alex (did not ask for his last name) picked up the phone. We explained the situation. He put us on hold - it took longer than expected so we thought they could not find the bracelet and it is gone! To our surprise, when Alex came back on the call, he asked for us to identify the bracelet. Once we did he said, he has the bracelet. It was such a relief to hear that. We were overjoyed. We drove to the mall, met with Alex at the store and he handed us the bracelet. This bracelet has sentimental value for us but is also very expensive. We are so grateful to Alex for what he did. We appreciate his customer service, honesty, integrity and effort to thoroughly look for out prized possession. Thank you so much, Alex.”
“If you’re a hockey newbie or event pro, this is the place to go!I signed up to take adult beginner hockey lessons with my partner. Liam helped us for almost two hours helping us get everything you could possible need to play the game while also actively helping us look for the most affordable options so we weren’t breaking the bank. He also helped us understand what the purpose and how to put the gear all on.I’m so glad he was there to be incredibly helpful and now I feel fully prepared to take my first ever hockey class!”

I had in-line skate questions six months after my purchase about wheels and service recommendations. While they don’t do that sort of thing, Alex (One of their employees that skates) spent time to give me some great advice and recommendations and even went online to look up stuff for me. Alex was amazing!!!!! Will definitely keep going back to this location”

“I enjoy stopping by when ever I am in the shopping mall. Friendly service and a wide variety of equipment. New and used. I have been able to slowly put together a home gym with their well priced items and again a large variety of inventory. It changes day to day so worth a peek in. Kids love to get a ball, Frisbee, scooter or anything sports related. They have bike repairs as well - done in shop but just call ahead to make sure it isn't busy. They will take/purchase your gear and possibly may do it as store credit too. Check it out.”

“This is an amazing place to go if you're a sports fan. It has gear from jerseys to hats to shorts and more. I recently got a jersey that I wanted to exchange. The return was so easy, and I got a gift card with store credit. I can go back any time to redeem that credit. Their card selection is amazing too. It has a lot of cards and packs for cheap prices. It has baseball, hockey, football, basketball, and even Pokémon cards. The one bad thing is the sizes. They barely have any kids stuff and it is sort chaotic to find something.”
