“The people who are complaining saying “bad service”, or “poor communication”, I have no idea what they are talking about, honestly think that they are purposely leaving bad reviews. I was just here, its a great shop, with nice and helpful workers. Some cards seem a little pricey but great overall 4.5/5.”

“I've visited this store a couple of times—once to purchase a gift card and more recently to pick up some items for a die-hard Cubs fan friend of mine. The store is clean, welcoming, and well laid out, with just about everything a sports fan could ever want. My friend and I now live in Florida, so it was special to bring a little piece of Wrigley Field to him. The gentleman who helped me at checkout was friendly, engaging, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with. He made me feel like I was at home and like I had been a longtime customer. Great customer service is becoming harder and harder to find these days, but you'll definitely experience it at Clark Street Sports. On top of the outstanding service, their merchandise is well-priced. I highly recommend stopping in if you're looking for quality sports memorabilia and a great shopping experience.”

“I wanted to send a quick note to say how happy I was with my purchase today. I visited the store just after lunch and met Gary, who was wonderful to work with. He really knew his stuff, and it was clear that he is an expert in his field. He had me walk in front of him and was able to identify exactly what kind of shoe I needed just by analyzing my gait. I could tell he was very serious about his work and truly knew what he was talking about. I went with his suggestion, and I am quite happy with the results. The shoes he picked out appear to be fantastic for running, which is a topic Gary and I discussed at length. This store clearly knows what they are doing and offers a great selection of running shoes and accessories. I will certainly be coming back again and again. Best regards, Abe”

“Rainbo is the best place in Chicagoland for all things skating. Their expertise in skates are second to none. I highly recommend you call and make an appointment if you need any maintenance or need to order skates. They are extremely busy because of the high caliber of service, and you may not be able to "drop in"”

“We’ve been to 4 other bike shops today looking for an E Bike for my mom. Met with mediocre customer service from all shops until we found Kozy! Luis was incredible! So nice, not pushy, and so quick to answer questions and get us exactly what we were looking for. We’ll definitely be back to this shop for all future bike needs! We weren’t even looking to actually buy one today but we ended up walking out of the door with one. Shows how far great customer service can go. Thanks again Luis and team in the service department!”

“I had to stop at City Sports to get me a ball cap. Thats like the number one thing for me to do when I go out of town. I found a real cool Chicago Cubs New Era cap with a red bill. The store owner was really cool and gave me a little discount since a brotha was from out of town. I wish the Chi town drivers were a little more accomodating but hay.lol”

“It's been a very, very long time since I've been in the store because I don't live close by anymore. But the store and the humility of the staff has never changed. My current experience - as well as past - was the best. The owner and staff were very friendly and courteous - exactly the way they were when I was here years ago. What made this even better is that they had the shoes that I've been looking at online in my size. I walked out happy again. It was worth the long drive to just check out the store again. I wish you guys a lot of continued success. Thank you for the wonderful experience again. I'll make sure to come back in the future.”
