“I went to the local Godfrey branch to open a new account, I waited until the last day, like pulling teeth, I put it off. It was not only pain-free but the ladies made me feel like I was home with family. They were so very kind and helpful. I didn't even notice how long we were there opening the new account because they had me so distracted with their kindness. I will never leave this branch as long as these ladies are there! They make it feel like home!”

“I had a bit of a situation that had me go from here (whom I bank with) to Chase Bank. During all the confusion and trying to get things in order Maddie remained friendly, kind and patient. She sent above and beyond. I appreciate you Maddie!!”

“I just deposited a check that needed held for several days. Before I even got home I had a message from the branch manager Alaina. She verified the check and released the hold. She didn't have to do that, but I really appreciate it.”
