“Took my car into Patterson’s for some AC troubles. While diagnosing my car Patterson’s found that the damage sustained wasn’t just to my AC but also to a piece of my engine. They were quick to let me know what needed repairs, got the parts ordered, and took care of my car! From oil changes, to tires, and major issues like what I recently had I will always trust Patterson’s to take great care of me. Excellent customer service and their crew is absolutely amazing! “So I'm the customer who had a car towed with my AAA card. Yes the Google maps was incorrect, yes the car went across the street to a different repair shop, and yes the other company accepted it like they were expecting it and yes it pissed the owner of D&B automotive off. Bad morning for everyone involved!

“I got off work today and went to Weber Ford and immediately was greeted by Chris Phillips. This man made my night wonderful and sold me a Bronco Badlands the car I've been wanting forever. Chris made the experience so nice and easy he talk to me the whole time and explained everything so thoroughly. I will go back again in the future for another car or for friends and family and shout out to Matt the finance guy he got the best rate for me and the best loan company. “Justin offers very competitive prices, and gets the job done right. He'll also let you bring your own parts, which none of the chain autostores let you do.
I have had communication issues, though. He told me to drop it off at a specific time. I did, and when I called a couple days later for an ETA, he said he didn't know who's car that was, so didn't start working on it.
He got it done very quickly after that, so I still give him 4 stars. But it would have been easy to check his messages or the glove box and figure it out.”
“I personally drive from St. Louis to Granite City to get tire service and all of my minor repairs done at this location. Today I recommended this them to a friend and accompanied her to get service. The staff was polite, prompt and efficient. I like to personally thank DJ who helped us find the proper filters and installed them. When we said thanks he replied, "I'm here for my customers". We really appreciate your service!!!”
