“Excellent work at a fair price. They are upfront about possible extra repairs that might be needed once they start repairs. They are definitely concerned about the safety of the vehicle. They weren't happy with a used part and asked for an extra day to get a part they felt was safer for the car. They could have easily put the unsafe part on and saved time, but they are honest and care about their customers' safety. Even though the new part cost more, they only charged me the original quote and did a 5-star repair job.”

“Sergei at the Westin hotel BUDGET Rental was very professional despite being busy when I met him twice. In particular he was able to get me a car an hour early at 11am...for a reservation at noon...with only a request by me at 7am to try to keep an appointment. I made the appointment because of Sergei. The week long SUV has been great. He also double checked in front of me the paperwork details. Great employee for Budget. I hope I remembered his name right...he worked weekend”

“I called about getting a car less than 1 hr before close on a Friday and then had to walk 15 minutes to get there before they closed. Logan helped me and was very professional, courteous and kind and arranged me a good car for what I needed. He explained all costs and rules clearly and sent me on my way. I rented for a week but returned a day early. Again, Logan was there and was very kind and friendly. I was refunded for the day I didn't use and received my deposit back promptly. Would recommend!”

“Got a rental last minute because enterprise apparently didn't have any available in the whole saint Louis area, even though I made a reservation a week ahead of time.
Avis was probably cheaper too, super easy to deal with, & was able to extend the rental easily by just calling & letting them know.
Will definitely call them first next time.”
“I have rented large trucks more than 5 times to move my furniture cross-country, and the customer service I received was absolutely the best. The location owner assisted me in ways I can't begin to describe when my Condo rental in St. Louis fell through. I am truly grateful for the experience and will always use this facility for my St. Louis, Mo. moving needs. The Olive Street location is close to downtown and very well secured. Great BBQ in the area if you have some time to burn. PS, don't listen to the 1st to review, it sounds like the person enjoys dropping 1 star reviews no matter where RB steps foot.”
