“NO STARS AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just put 5 stars so this could be seen. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online to pick up at the store. When I got to the store they tell me that one of the shoes got cancelled. The reason they were cancelled is because someone in the store brought them before I placed my order. If that was the case the order shouldn’t have went through. I feel that they lied to me and gave my shoes away knowing that it was already paid for. Then they tell me that I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my funds back on my card when it took them 5 seconds to take the funds. It’s around the holidays and people work hard for their money. It’s a big inconvenience that could have been avoided. You need better help and a better system!”

“Has really nice gear and shoes and the staff is pretty friendly but they wouldn't let me return my shoes. They supposedly close at 8 and I was at the doors at 7:59 and they didn't let me come in or anything. Said the registers were closed already but they still had a minute? Shouldn't have shut down the registers so early if it wasn't closing time yet. Was just really d*** also wasn't even my fault I had to return the shoes they are the ones that gave me the wrong size I just didn't check till I was home.”
