“My son’s dog Blue, Siberian Husky had hair loss and taken to several other vets who said he had allergies. Dr Fischer said he had liver disease and was treated. He has since recovered with hair growing back and eating better. Also, Cody my maltese/bichon frise mix had cherry eye which Dr Fischer did the surgery and he recovered well and his eye looks much better. Bellemore as affordable prices for vaccinations and competent care.”

“I have a community cat colony that comes to my yard for food and safe space to lounge. I've brought a few ferals to the Quick Fix clinic for spade/neuter and vaccines. The staff is courteous, and I've never had any issues or complications. Low costs which are posted at the counter and may change depending on amount of donations or if there is a special sponsor.”

“Dr. Bruce Karmazin is so awesome! Easily, the best veterinarian I have ever seen! I was blessed to have 2 dogs, in my childhood & just wish that their vets had been even HALF as good as Dr. Bruce! I had 2 dogs, one of whom has, sadly, passed on. Dr. B. took care of both & continues to care for my little angel boy, Nestor! I should also mention that all his staff are just wonderful, as well! They’re so caring & devoted… JUST INCREDIBLE!!”

“My golden retriever and I have been with Banfield since he was 4 months old (he’s now 4 years old). Our vet—Dr Wischmann— is always attentive, communicative, warm, and straight forward.
The team at South City Banfield— front staff/vet techs— are always so friendly, patient, and respectful. Not to mention they almost always remember your pet’s name which is my favorite part. The people who work here genuinely love animals and that thought alone helps so much when I have to drop off my baby for the day.
Banfield’s pet insurance policy is also awesome. We pay $67/month which is nothing to what we’d have to pay for vaccines, checkins, medications up front. It is absolutely worth investing in and pays for itself within the first 6 months.”
“I went on Saturday to adopt a cat. There were many people in line ahead of me, which is to be expected when going on a Saturday, and many people after me. The staff was incredibly sweet and friendly. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision and ended up going home with the absolute love of my life. “Had to rake my dog unexpectantly to this facility. Drove 1.5 hours and would do it again. Unfortunately we lost our boy but I can't stress enough..from beginning to end..the staff was fast, respectful, sincere, and very personable.
Not to mention when we did go in to be with our boy, facility was super clean, smelled good and again staff so supportive in all they did and explaining everything.”

“Amazing group! Called several vets, when our older female ferret was having seizures from heart issue, all of them said to put our baby girl down would be

We were left in utter disbelief.
Finally, I got ahold of Animal Care Center. They only charged us $60 flat no matter what his size was (because it's a freaking ferret, they're small!). No appointment, rushed him right to them in granite city/pontoon beach area. They were busy with two other dog emergencies that came in right after us.
After all was said and done, they let us stay in the room with our baby girl for as long as we needed to collect ourselves. They were so empathetic. You can FEEL they ACTUALLY care ♥️ Won't go anywhere else for our fur babies (2 calico cats, 2 spoiled 100lb dogs, and 2 ferrets). Would recommend to anyone and everyone!
