Hemant (the owner) and his team provide top notch and friendly customer service, putting your mind at ease knowing that your packages will arrive safely and on time to their destination. His custom printing service is wonderful and I have worked with him on many designs for several parties thrown by my family. The moment you walk into the store, you’re greeted with a friendly smile and conversation. Hemant always asks about my family and our dog, and if everything is going well for us. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back time and time again. I do not like going to the US Postal Service for anything due to major mishaps, theft, and mishandling of my packages. Hemant and his UPS Store in Vernon Hills is the only place I trust for my shipping and printing needs. I cannot recommend the UPS Store in Vernon Hills enough to people in our area. “Out of all the UPS stores I have gone to, this UPS store is by far the best I’ve ever been at. They are so extremely helpful, kind courteous, friendly. I can’t say enough about them. They are fantastic. If you ever need a UPS store and you’re in the area I highly suggest you go to this one they aren’t great.”
