“I was bringing 17 pounds of papers to shred in my annual clean-out. As soon as I brought one bag in, the man behind the counter saw me with a cane and told me he would go get the other one. Then he assured me that the next time I might have something in my car difficult for me to handle, to just come in the store and ask for someone to get it out of my car. THAT'S customer service!”

“I always go to this location for my Amazon returns. They are always so friendly and they get you in and out. Today I went to do another return but was also looking for big binder clips.
It looked like they only had the small ones BUT Kevin was very kind to go look in the back to see if they had some.
Luckily he found a couple for me. He didn't have to do that but he did.
