“Yesterday we made it in time for the last day of their 4th of July sales. We had stopped by there over the weekend and worked with Roy to pick out three appliances and that prices. He was very patient and knowledgeable of all the appliances. He was also very thorough and answered all of our questions and we never felt pressured when other customers walked into the store. We were very impressed how willing he was to price match other prices we had gotten and gave us the best deals! Now we can also look forward to $800 worth of 4th of July rebates they were giving toward purchases. We were very please with the service and will continue to shop there even though we live in richmond, il, even though it is quite a distance from Libertyville, IL. We feel like Roy went over and beyond his job ... way to go!”

He has been such a wonderful help, getting the guys that reassembled my bed this morning, back to my house, to put the mattress up against the headboard, as it was several inches away. Your customer service is a nightmare, when my issue was not relative to any of the prompts. That is why I reached out to Jason.. We got what we needed and purchased. If you need furniture they literally carry everything not kidding. I had looked at all stores around me and ended up getting the same stuff for a fraction of the price. He even bundled the package for us! If you pay cash you can get a discount too!”
