“My Samsung phone died, I was given comlink as a suggestion for repair. I called and the gentleman did everything he could to help me over the phone. I decided to try and have the battery replaced, knowing it might not be the answer.
It's a Sunday afternoon, and he tells me he can get a battery in an hour. I go there, he replaces the battery, and it didn't solve the problem. So beyond that he spends about about hour or more trying to help recover my phone. B/c the battery wasn't the anser he put my old one back in and when all done tells me I don't own him any $. Needless to say I left him with some $. We need more places like this, remember when you'd go into a radio shack, and people there had a clue what they were doing. This still exists here at comlink. 10 stars ⭐”
