“Bill and his sons did an excellent install of my sound system for my boat last year (2024). 8 speakers, 1 sub, 1 amp, 1 in-cabinet stereo w/ 2 head units. As well as a gps chart plotter. This year I had a technical issue with my gps chart plotter not showing a depth reading or sonar image. Bill worked tirelessly to rectify this including multiple calls with Garmin tech support. In the end, Garmin sent a new unit (under warranty) and rectified the problem. This likely cost Bill and Audiosmith many hours and loss of revenue, but most importantly it shows the support and dedication he gives his customers. A+++. - Thank you again Audiosmith!”
“I dropped my old phone in the pool the night before and the following morning to be able to work I had to access the Authenticator but with out my phone it was impossible. I went into your store right when it opened and Erick was available and help me pick a new phone as my old was no good anymore. Erick explained all the options I had, promotion and discounts and it made it easy to pick my new phone. Thank you Erick, you are amazing.”

“Today my family and I went to the Round Lake location to upgrade our iPhones. We were greeted by two incredibly kind and welcoming employees: Bryan and Julian. They were very quick to help us get our upgrades, as well as incredibly willing to answer any questions we had and were overall super helpful and friendly. When there was downtime due to transfers or software needing to be updated, both Bryan and Julian took the time to ask questions about us and were so enthusiastic during the entire process. I had the strangest issues going on with my phone, but Michael , the store manager not only helped me to resolve a very complicated issue but stuck through it to the resolution which came a few days later and was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. “I broke my phone and had to get a replacement! Anna was very helpful and was able to explain to me my current plan and break down visually my new plan upgrade and costs. She even provided me with great deals and was also able to come out with an Apple Watch. Anna made sure everything was set up correctly and all information from my old phone was transferred to the new one. She was very kind and helpful while also taking care of other customers coming into the store while she was troubleshooting through the T-Life app to get my phone set up. “I recently submitted an insurance claim and when I received my replacement phone, I needed assistance getting it setup. Danny explained I needed to call customer service myself or I would need to pay a connection fee. The person I was talking to via customer service was extremely confused thinking I was adding a line not transferring my service.
