U-Haul Moving & Storage of Grayslake provides truck rentals and self-storage with a very good and first-class rental experience. The staff is super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and great. The facility is excellent and the best and cleanest self-store around, with easy access to clean and reliable trucks. The inspection is quick and thorough. Staff are flexible and do not push silly upcharges, making the rental experience a breeze. However, the U-Haul support line needs a lot of work. Overall, customers report a great experience and choose to rent here often.
