“I had been waiting for two hours or so for the car rental company to send--from St. Louis to Greenville--someone who could open & revive my rental, to which I had lost the key fob.
At last the light dawned: Triple A, via 911 & Z-1 Automotive. As promised, help arrived in 15 min. or less! Kenny got me in-- to an undrivable car. He stayed much longer than necessary because of his concern for me. He left & I went to check my last known stop: where the fob sat in plain sight! As I returned to the car, there was Kenny again, returned to see about me! I doubt any AAA drivers exist more caring than Kenny.”
