This is not a FedEx OnSite, is what the very nice Walgreens staff told me. They said it is just a drop-off location, they cannot help me at all, and that I would need to go find an actual FedEx OnSite location.

Don't waste your time. It's basically a glorified drop box. They will only scan and ship things, they offer. No FedEx related services whatsoever.
